Refund policy

• 5 week studio classes are non-refundable within 1 week (8 days) prior to the first day of class. Any refunds requested before the 8 day cut will be issued as a full refund. Purchased spots can be transferred to friends and family.

• In the event that your class is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, all currently enrolled students will be rescheduled.

• Any cancellations for a single day class (try it or a sip and spin class) should be given within 48 hours prior to the start of class. Refunds will not be issued within 48 hours of start of class.

• If you need to reschedule and you are within the refund time period, email us at info@jaxpottery.com

• Memberships cannot be refunded.

• It is your responsibility to show up to class. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. This includes having to quarantine for COVID-19 exposure, travel quarantine or testing positive for COVID-19.

• Speciality Workshops:

  • notice for any cancellation should be given 4 weeks prior to the first day of class in order to receive a full refund.

  • Partial refunds will be given to those 2 weeks prior to the first day of class.
