Refund policy
5 week studio classes are non-refundable within 1 week (8 days) prior to the first day of class. Any refunds requested before the 8 day cut will be issued as a full refund. Purchased spots can be transferred to friends and family.
In the event that your class is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, all currently enrolled students will be rescheduled.
Any cancellations for a single day class (try it or a sip and spin class) should be given within 48 hours prior to the start of class. Refunds will not be issued within 48 hours of start of class.

Memberships cannot be refunded.
It is your responsibility to show up to class. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. This includes having to quarantine for COVID-19 exposure, travel quarantine or testing positive for COVID-19.
Speciality Workshops:
notice for any cancellation should be given 4 weeks prior to the first day of class in order to receive a full refund.
Partial refunds will be given to those 2 weeks prior to the first day of class.
